My personality:Â Bold and confident on the outside. A big softie on the inside!
My story: I came to Soi Dog in January 2020 after a kind lady found me weak and unable to walk behind a supermarket and called for help. X-rays at the shelter showed my hip was fractured and my left hind leg partially paralysed, likely as a result of a terrible road traffic accident. With no hope of regaining the use of my leg, the vets decided to amputate.

A rock n roll rescue cat
My personality:Â Relaxed and chic with a rebellious streak!
What makes me unique: With my black-and-white markings and thick kitty eyeliner, people say I could be the fifth member of rock band Kiss! I just need to master that tongue-out pose and find myself a cat-sized guitar, then I’m set for stardom.
My story: Like every rock star, I’ve had my highs and lows! My darkest moment was in May 2020 when I was badly injured by another street cat. They bit me so hard that it paralysed my right hind leg and caused a hernia to develop in my stomach. Fortunately, a passerby called Soi Dog who relieved my pain by amputating my leg and repairing my hernia with surgery.

My personality:Â Quiet, quirky and independent.
My story:Â A kind lady brought me to Soi Dog in May 2020 after she found me limping around with a horrific wound to my right front leg. My claws had grown so long that they had pierced back into my paw, and the result was an infected wound that belonged in a horror movie. With septicaemia setting in, the vets had no option but to amputate my leg.
My health: Since the amputation, I’ve mastered the art of balancing on three legs, but the whole walking and running thing? Not quite! I’m a little wobbly on my paws and tend to take small, measured steps. But I’m happy and healthy and that’s the most important thing.
